There is a convenience fee of $3.50 that you must add when paying online. You also have the option to sign up for Autopay using credit/debit card or checking account. We take Mastercard and Visa. There is a charge.

You may also submit your payment using online bill pay through your personal bank. Regardless of how you pay, please be sure to include your account number.
Late Fee Policy
Please be sure to include any applicable late charges in the Amount field. If the late charges are not added in, we will automatically include the additional amount to bring your account current. Late fees are due for any payments made after the 28th of each month.

Reminder all payments are due by the 28th of the billing months( March, June, September, and December).
If making a payment on the weekend or after 4:30 on weekdays, please note payments will not be processed until the following working weekday Mon-Fri after 9 am.
That means you may not get your trash picked up (if your late payment is after the 28th ) until the following week if the driver has already gone by. We do charge for a special pick-up if requested.
